CERA
(Centers of Excellence in Rural America) provides a positive, progressive
atmosphere for the use of technology to improve our community and its
services to citizens.
Four small
towns in two states are involved in this project sponsored by the Western
Governors Association. The CERA project is intended as a national
demonstration project. It's mission is to research, identify and pilot
information-age technology applications for rural communities in the
areas of:

- Citizen
